Peculiarities
The TOP-X Open BLR sensor is a wireless device with an INT 3D Hall sensor (three-axis sensitive magnetometer), with an autonomous power supply of 2 years until the next battery replacement.
Thanks to magnetic field detection in the X, Y, Z directions (with a response range of 0-255 for each axis and an additional Flag 1/2 when the magnetic field changes by 40 units), TOP-X Open reliably measures three-dimensional, linear and rotational movements.
The best solution on the market (compared to reed relays and omnipolar Hall sensors):
- wireless "reed switch" (magnetic field level) for high-quality control of the state of doors: in tarpaulin semi-trailers, isothermal vans (thermoses), refrigerated trucks, refrigerated containers,
- wireless proximity sensor for counting the number of loaded containers in garbage trucks (rear and side loading),
- wireless proximity sensor for counting the number of operations and/or operating time of the upper equipment on special equipment,
- wireless rotation sensor for monitoring the mixer (barrel) of a concrete mixer.Technical specifications
